    I get a bit confused about why some players are considered talented and others aren't.

    Kavanagh is slow as treacle, can't kick, and is purely outside. I don't think he can play at all. Even VFL would be a stretch.

                    I don't think this is a good comparison and for starters we should be looking for someone to give us some depth as a forward or defender. If someone like Brown could come in and play 10 serviceable games that should be more than enough.

                        Meant more on the injury side of things and games played.

                                                        The 2 from North are interesting. Daw could potentially give us some ruck depth, although the upcoming rape trial is a major worry. Harper was linked to us a year ago as part of a potential trade for Cooney that didn't eventuate when he stupidly choose Essendon over North.
