I will be happy if we trigger the fiery collapse in round 5.

But given they have Sydney and Port away (as well as Hawks and Saints) in the first 4 rounds I doubt they get off to a flyer.

Well now I'm hoping they're not winless when we play them.

I think Hird was the last player they developed that was a genuine champion and that’s a few years ago now.

I?m still in shock about Scott?s Stringer article .. it?s taken them 7 years to realise he has off field issues and is lazy.
We could have saved him 7 years of false hope if he was on this forum.

It was not simply up to Stringer, one of the club?s most talented match-winners at his best, to perform.

I think the fans are waking up . I read the Lloyd comments about the bomber fans destroying windy hill if they don?t make finals .
A lot of bomber fans replied with no forward line , haven?t recruited, even to the point of being worse than last year.
I did laugh though, as destroying Windy hill won?t change anything they work out of Tullamarine nowadays.

At the way the bombers are going . Apparently looking to the future and not the now , getting Goldstein I think some of the bowls players might get on the list a few would be around his age.

Fingers crossed, they end this year. Either that or the AFL will give the Dons an even sweeter deal to ensure they stay at least part of the time.

It's interesting, their decline does kind of marry up to Docklands tenancy.

Fingers crossed, they end this year. Either that or the AFL will give the Dons an even sweeter deal to ensure they stay at least part of the time.

It's interesting, their decline does kind of marry up to Docklands tenancy.

What ever happens with Essendon you can be sure it won't give any incentive for them to improve our deal.

We have no leverage, so will have to take what we can get and perhaps suck up a poorer deal in lieu of the AFL making less money from the venue.
