That is exactly what is happening. ASADA wants to go to Supreme court to force them to attend the witness box, but even then they don't have to say anything.

The whole thing is a monumental stuff up which should have been fixed by AFL two years ago with a very heavy hand.

How does this happen?

They never really had any hard evidence. Lots of rumours and uncorroborated statements but no smoking gun.


They can't proceed until they get Dank to spill his guts.

I don't think it would make a difference. If ASADA can't through legislation get key witnesses to testify, WADA certainly can't (correct me if I'm wrong).
