Sorry, I should have clarified it by stating that if the appeal fails.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

WADA will just start the whole process again if the players are cleared on appeal. WADA have to be stopped. They understand nothing about legal and justice and only want to persecute people.

Anyway it's a bullshit "going through the motions in an attempt to make it look like we are providing due process" type appeal. They are only taking submissions via paper-no arguments by counsel.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

If he keeps it, Jobe Watson will be hung in the court of public opinion. And there is nothing the AFL can do about that.

Are they actually appealing? I mean we heard that they were going to but I never heard confirmation that they had lodged an appeal.

Even so while it is on appeal it should be taken off him pending the appeal.

Yep. The appeal is due to be heard at some Swiss tribunal. I think its in November.

Yes the appeal has been lodged but as Twodogs said, they are taking written submissions only and deciding on that.

The appeal is not whether they are guilty or not, but whether the arguments used to find them guilty are legal.

I think they are appealing on the grounds of procedural fairness.

How befitting. This whole episode has been amateur all the way.

I was wondering how long until someone took a pop at him. I'm suprised they missed.

Don't worry. I'm sure it's all a lie and is already in the hands of his lawyers.

And he knows what happened and he will tell everyone next week. The information will prove that it wasn't the bloke with the gun who shot him. It was actually a water pistol that fellow was holding. He will have no idea where the bullets came from.
