Andrew Brayshaw has really impressed in the last month. Miers might have slipped back just a bit. I think Clark has also gotten better as the season has rolled on. I still like Constable and Murphy although Murphy didn't play after injuring himself last week.
Davies-Uniacke might be a #1 candidate after his efforts the previous week.

Plough calls it a rolling draft for a reason

40 huh? We have pick 39. Coincidence?

I reckon there was a Spargo in the 80s at the club but only played seconds footy. My memory may be playing tricks.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

The Spargos were a sprinting family who also lived at the Footscray Fire Station as the old man was a Fireman. EJ, himself, spent a fair bit of time at the fire station with the Spargos as they were smart with sprint training, massage etc. (Ted wasn't just all natural talent - he worked hard on his preparation and was a tea-totaller early in his career.)

I believe Bob moved up to the Riverina and his son, Paul, was as a result zoned to Norf. However they're a Footscray family!

                    Thanks for that.

Brayshaw is a very interesting one. I rate him highly based on the little I've seen - the comparisons to his brother excites me - he'd be a top flight player but for his unfortunate run with injuries.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

According to AFL Reporter Travis King, Western Bulldogs have met with Draft prospect Aaron Naughton....

Naughton has had a very good season including playing in the WAFL but there are some questions marks on how effective his kicking skills are. Desperate in a contest and a good athlete it's just his kicking skills that I have a concern with.

So he's ours at pick 9 on a 10 year deal.

Not sure why they report it as something unique that a club meets with a player. That's our bloody recruiters job!

Not sure if he's been mentioned. One player I'd like us to look at is a mature aged fella in Tim Kelly. Still only 23, kicked 7 goals and had 35 possessions in one game in the WAFL. Second in the Sandover medal. Has some Daniel Wells about him.

That all matches well with the above video. Looked good aside from some dodgy kicks
