    Re: 2014 draft watch

Foster being discussed, Brett Anderson again cautions why would pass on him but fails to answer the questions posed on if the Dogs will select him. Carlton apparently interested.

Would there be a level of irony if we drafted Reece McKenzie and Carlton got Foster?

Jaksch, Jones and the ghost of Luke Kennedy as a known break down draftee. Wont pass a medical.

Very much so. I wouldn't mind Harry Dear in a Bulldogs jumper

Im not convinced he will be available at our pick, but I'll likely be disappointed if we didn't take him

Taking both McDonald and Vickers-Willis with our first two picks would disappoint me - I crave run and kicking

V-W is a really interesting one. The more I think about, the more I think he might appeal to us. He isn't quite what we appear to need, but he could be a great clubman for a long time and add something different to a lot of what we have.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

Taking malice for the players out of it. Carlton & Collingwood getting injuries to their bigger name or high draftee players doesn't make me upset in the slightest.

Thought I heard yesterday it wasn't as serious as first thought and was 5 weeks? Still far from ideal at this stage of the pre-season. Sad to see, as I think the Blues did a pretty fair if not generous trade with GWS. Fingers crossed all of our lads make it through the pre-season fit and well.

From Glenelg in 12 months time could easily have 3 or 4 get drafted (but no first rounders)

Billy Stretch strong chance of F/S to Melbourne. Very athletic, extremely skilful, AIS Academy but still needs a lot of filling out. Father Steven was (and still is) a stick and was injured a lot

Cory Gregson, had a bad run with stress fractures this year, but would have played league if it wasn't for private school clashes. Extremely fast and accurate small forward

Alex Neal-Bullen Hard at it on baller, state under 16 captain but was pretty much injured for 18 months. I love watching him crash the packs.

                          Go me. 3/3
