Anyone watching Department Q on Netflix? Set in Edinburgh, where a Detective is forced to look at cold cases after a shooting incident.

I know another detective series, but I am enjoying this one.

I’m a couple of episodes in. It’s definitely starting to run a bit thin. Not sure there’s another series in it. Although as I get older the violence is less tolerable to me than it used to be. We’ll done on them finding the worst American/ European actors I’ve ever come across.

The author of Slow Horses has a couple more TV adaptions coming on Apple TV+

I'm yet to start Slow Horses. Maybe start Tuesday night.

Have you watched Task, Dope Thief, Smoke and Mystery Road Origin?

Mystery Road was depressing.

This is the 2nd Origin series and it's almost as if they've set themselves a challenge to make everyone regret every part about growing up in 1980's Australia.

Man it's a tough watch. I mean - it's a good show and all but is there any room for light in amongst the dark...I'm genuinely at the "Can we please watch something else" stage. Not because it's not a good show/story...just cos it hurts.

I just finished watching the Girlfriend and it was interesting show which deals with the guy's mother and his new girlfriend and it plays events looking at it from both points of view.
