Getting ready to go to another bloody funeral. That's 3 this year. All close family.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

I had an old school friend pass away yesterday , you know your getting old when your school pals start leaving the earth.
Sadly it doesn't get any better. A few have gone now.

Cheers boys. Hopefully three's enough for now. Just got home. Even for a funeral it was sad. I had a bit of a reflect and a cry.

And I found out my godfather was a *!*!*!*!ing Essendon supporter. I knew he wasn't of the one true faith but I thought he was a nominal Fitzroy supporter...

Wake me up when we get to heaven, let me sleep if we're going to hell

Good luck, for your sake I hope heaven and hell are really there, but I wouldn't hold my breath

And we all found heaven - 2016 Premiers!

Yep funerals suck. Been to many over the last few years. The older you get the more you go to.

Had my uncle pass away last night as well , must admit I havent seen him for about 30 years most of my family are in the UK .
I vaguely remember some of my uncles, he was One of them.
It's to be expected when your 53 they are in their 80s, mums fine with it she said he Was the longest patient they ever had in the critical ward so I guess he tried to come back , his wife passed about 4 years ago so they can catch up again now.

Because you lose an hour but then on the other hand you have more daylight in the evening which is a plus but just prefer it to do it later on like around early to mid November.
