India are really showing who's the boss. We need a 30 from the captain and Handscomb needs to get to 50.
We have an exceptionally long tail in this test.

250 and we're right in this. Taking decent turn on day 1 - you wouldn't want to leave yourself a lot to do in the fourth innings.

Fantastic innings by Handscombe. Would have been great if Usi or Carey could have been around a while longer to dig in with him, but we've posted a total to defend.

I really hope our bowlers apply constant pressure.

Handscomb's innings was worth three figures. Played the spinners well and worked the tail really well. If there is a disappointment its Warner, Lambo and Head - they all faced enough ball's to get in and then got out.

Liked Kuhnemann's spell. Going to be a handful with the older ball. GOAT's line was too leg side, though he nearly got the breakthrough!

Did anyone see Handscombs catch? A good bat pad fieldsman makes a lot of difference in India

Bloody excellent from Australia. This is the time you must keep your foot on the throat. Restrict them to 175 and grit it out with the bat. Chasing 250 on this on day 4 is a huge ask.

A long way to go but you couldn't really ask for a better response after the first Test. They gritted it out on a tough track to get a good score and the senior bowlers have responded after poor first outings. Lyon been immense.
