Is a 4 game suspension sufficient or excessive here?
    I can't believe it's being challenged

      Watching that it is insufficient.

Should be the season at least.

One of the most ridiculous things I've seen from Curran. Agree with Joe that he's lucky to not cop a longer ban.

The worse thing is they are going to appeal the decision.

I think it's the wording that they might be challenging.

Does anyone remember Colin Croft in NZ? Gets called a couple of times for clear no balls and had a caught behind decision go against him and then proceeds to collect the umpire on the way through soon after.

It's the first thing I thought of when I saw it last night.

I also remember the England team under Graham Gooch (or Getting) getting annoyed with one particular umpire in Pakistan who just wouldn't give them any LBW decisions no matter how plumb the Pakistan badsmem were. He was quite a hefty fella so the English players took to rolling the ball back to him and because he was so big he couldn't manage to bend far enough to pick it up. Funniest protest against an umpire I've ever seen
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

The old umpires I played my early cricket under would have said

"That's the whole idea genius. That way you not running on the pitch. And if you call me **** head again I'll break your ****ing nose"

Its just rude and disrespectful by Curren

He knows the rules. He knows who the umpire was and what he was saying.

4 matches is right. Sydney 6'ers shouldn't be appealing that

Curran has admitted his error. Strange one to challenge but no change in the suspension

Victorian and Australian opening batter Will Pucovski has suffered another blow to the head while batting and has been forced to retire hurt.
