Depends, I think the opposite. Geelong isn't attractive to me and I've worked down there a fair bit.

Ha. Nice thing he wants privacy!!! Not many 6ha properties sold in that area. Horrific that they publish that data including a photo from the real estate promotion.

We've(joint family place) got a house in St Leonards, and I love the area, the weather is the only thing that sucks.

The peninsula and Surf Coast area is a great place to live.

I like Anglesea, spent a lot of time there as a kid. Gentrified now though!
