            Its a huge risk for a third tall, rather than the genuine spearhead they are looking for. He is 193/83.

            On the other hand, they are desperate for decent forwards and there is little on offer.

            Freo just struggle to recruit and often have to pay overs.

            Their other problem is that their first rounder this year will be pick 17-20. If they could've offered a top 10 pick, that probably would've got the job done.

                                Clubs should take a punt on him in the PSD, the picks are useless now and really just the last playing list spot. If he conducts himself in a manner that repudiates the contract of employment they can sack him, rip up the contract and let him fund the couple of hundred grant to pursue it through the relevant Supreme Court. We did it with Aker in the end citing serious and wilful misconduct in ripping up the contract, so there's precedent. I'd be comfortable taking that risk again for PSD pick 11.

                                    Their 2nd round pick will be mid to high 30s, surely that's not enough. Gold Coast have a stack of good picks anyway.

                                    Will have to chuck in a player?

                                    Freo have 5 rucks on their list and GCS are losing Zac Clarke apparently so that looks an opportunity, maybe a Griffin or a Hannath?

                                            We aren't getting pick 5 for Hrovat and 11.

                                            Also, Freo must be super confident of getting Bennell cheaply if they're giving up 2 first rounders. FWIW I don't think it's terrible overs, considering GWS have all of the leverage and the picks will (in all likelihood) both be post-15.

                                                            The other dange is Essendon say no you screwed us around by dropping 6 picks in the first round. We need more than just pick 11
