I'm not seeing what point you're making here - nobody is saying thieves, atheists and drunks are homophic slurs? He's saying that being gay means hell awaits you. This is homophobic, and it's shameful to hide behind any religion to excuse ignorance

GWS tall Wade Derksen had his exit meeting today. He's advised the Giants he's keen for a trade to a Victorian club for family reasons.

He's contracted for another year at the Giants after being a mid-season. Melbourne has been among clubs with interest. @AFLcomau

I know he's a tall which isn't necessarily a position of need for us but he's versatile and is coming off a very good season. He will have some clubs interested in him.

My point is that he was not specifically saying anything about gays, just that sinners (his definition) of all types were going to hell.

Doesn't an atheist have as much right to be outraged( except that atheists dont seem to get outraged)
