If that’s 5 years, what Barass wants in duration, for $600,000 and he takes it. I’m laughing at how good that is. But I’m thinking it’s maybe 4 at $750,000 at a guess.

I’d consider trading our F1 too.

We could really make a splash this trade period. Then potentially sling shot back into stronger contention next year if we can address needs and still have good picks.

I tend to agree. I wonder if they go hard at Buss. We demand Barass & some salary. That could explain it. But there’s a shit ton of supposition in that. But I agree, I’d think it needs to be a very strong offer to get him to demand out.

Maybe. But the media is reporting the dispute with the Eagles is a two year extension, to take him to five years contracted.

Not sure a Smith for Barrass type deal is a genuine win for us despite Barrass filling a position of need.
