It's a garbage position.

If you felt that way about JHF (which you did, you explicitly complained that he was roughing up Libba who was "one concussion from retirement") how on earth can you justify wanting to trade for him five minutes later?

Either he should be sacked for what he did (according to you) or what he did was fine and we should pursue him (according to you).

I know we're all upset right now and this too will pass but I find these convenient inconsistencies so tedious.

Why would I not respond? Should I not respond if it's funny? Should I not respond if it's accurate? Should I only respond if it fits a certain criteria?

i love you for your dogged loyalty but sometimes what you say is so contradictory that it needs a checking.

Sam Berry from the Crows hasn't put pen to paper yet. Young mid who I think goes ok however maybe another that doesn't have the speed for modern midfield.

I'd certainly be interested as a younger midfielder who always appears to work hard when given the chance.

Other than Barrass have we been linked with anyone else? I see Ned McHenry is no the outer with the Crows. He might be a decent option up forward.

I saw us linked with Tomlinson a few weeks ago. I assume we have a back up option or two if(when) Barrass falls over.

McHenry can certainly cover ground. It's everything else I'm not sure on.

Sorry not trying to shoot the messenger but there has hardly been a season in the 5/6 where we haven’t been linked to Tomlinson. Surely we have dodged that bullet.

If Lobb is actually a defender, and we’ve extended Buss and probably should be developing Croft as a forward, do we need Barass? I’m less excited by the prospect than I was 2 weeks ago. I know Jones won’t play forever, but we need more elite midfield talent - maybe JF is already that man?

Plenty to play out still this year.
