Tim Watson has had an almighty spray to Caroline Wilson.
Can anyone not see the conflict Tim has?

As much as I can't stand that woman, I hope one of the AFL's penalties is a forced apology to Caroline Wilson.

Their will be no slap on the wrist over all. The AFL can only do so much in terms of penalties.

I await the downfall of Essendon from WADA/Worksafe/Civil action/lost membership and sponsorship revenue.

I don't always agree with her, but SEN have one particular presenter who has made it an art form to slander her on a constant basis.

Good on her, some of the media commentary has reeked of looking after " mates" and one giant boys club at play. Radio SEN's coverage has reeked of looking after "Tim" and Essendon.
Fairness to AW( not a fan of the station) has covered it with more balance

Did anyone see this strange tweet early this morning. He kind of retracted it afterwards to a few people but I bristled when I read it.

I'm sure Peter Gordon is keen to protect AFL handout to Doggies. Just appointed President & he is the mouthpiece? Won 10% "sling" from AFL.

Internationally renowned for his work on numerous landmark cases, Peter conducted the first successful asbestos related cancer claim in Australia in 1984.

Peter has worked at the cutting edge of mass tort and consumer class action litigation including representing the Australian Council of Trade Unions and asbestos support groups in the James Hardie Inquiry.

Peter was a lawyer at Slater & Gordon for 30 years, made a partner of the Firm in 1989 and Senior Partner in 1995.

In 1990, Peter conducted Australia's first successful medically acquired HIV litigation and in subsequent HIV litigation over the ensuing 4 years was responsible for the payment of damages to all of the 470 Australians who between 1980 and 1984 contracted HIV/AIDS through blood transfusions.

In May 2001, he concluded the world-first settlement of over 3000 Dow Corning breast implant claims.

He conducted the Nixon case class action against the tobacco industry and the landmark case of McCabe 'v- British American Tobacco, which first exposed the document destruction policies of the tobacco conglomerate.

In the United States, he was retained by the United States Department of Justice to assist with the presentation of evidence of tobacco company document destruction in the US Government's racketeering case against the tobacco industry.

In 2005, Peter began work on the VIOXX class action which went to trial in 2009 and ran for 48 days. Judgement was handed down in March 2010 and was the world's first class action verdict in favour of VIOXX victims.

The pressure is building. Little looks likely to cut his losses and cop loss of points and the suspension of Hird.
