    Sam Darcy is almost ready to be let off the leash again. Expected to be held back one more week. Has added 2-3kgs since knee injury. Adam Treloar on track to return against Hawthorn on Thursday night

                        Based on how he got through training on Monday and in particular the match sim he would have to be a good chance to play in the VFL this weekend.
                        They could manage his workload and minutes.
