Huge Win. In some ways, 0 passengers.
Often, the sub is a low number; VDM did his best to make sure it was in the negative.
Buss didn't have any work to do to build a rating.
Freijah didn't do a lot wrong; it just didn't come his way.
Just as I called, Dale will catch Libba, Libba bites back.
I thought West was better than a 4. Liked him passing back into the corridor from the boundary.
I also felt that Freijah got a bit more involved.
Yep, agree West, I can't find a good reason for it either.
The system has been pretty good to him over the year to.
Freijah was down on all metrics, but not full of errors, no concern.
Good to see Freijah back at it.
Great work Bramble, Cleary and Baker, they are really contributing to wins.
Garcia did more as a 1Q sub, than VDM has done for a month.
ED's to loose now.
Lobb has offered up a top 5 spot.
136 Game Score, if we can reproduce at least that Vs the Dockers, it is close enough to beating top 10 teams.
6 Passengers is too many, but this can be fixed at MC, which will get the game score into the 140s, and a contender.
Ratings aside we had a few moments where players just weren't tough enough.
Freijah conceding front spot on the 50 to the Melbourne sub (Howes I think) who was able to go back and kick a goal. You've got to own that contest and simply cannot let your oppo take a chest mark.
Sanders running over the top of the ball inside F50 again in the last in the lead up to I think the Richards goal. You simply have to be stronger and cover that contest.
McNeil half tackle in the last...
Busslinger running over the footy in the 3rd (which I swear directly led to him being subbed - coaches do NOT like that).
Great win but no doubt some moments where we didn't quite cover things...can't have those moments...need to concentrate harder and get the details right,

Can we add in Cleary getting out-bodied by a 1st year player?
I know Rusty12 wants Buss to add 5-6kgs to his frame, but Cleary needs some serious gym time too.

Agree, I didn't want to see Cleary again until he got stronger, however for the most part, he is proving me wrong since coming back. The other area were getting stronger will help Cleary, is getting off clean touches, when hit/tackled and under pressure. Kid doing good, overall, though.

Yep, I said the same thing (the need to get stronger) post the Haw game when he was pushed off the ball too easily.
As mentioned, lots of good signs and attributes to work with.
2 Passengers.
154 Game Score.
ED and Dale, looking like the rightfully 1/2 in the race, which I think is a fair assessment of the season.
Chugga locked in for a Top 5 finish, unreal effort.
Kind of barracking for West to crack top 5.
Tipping a 134-138 Game Score will put us right in the mix vs the Dockers, either win by up to 10, or lose by up to 10.
A game score of 140-142, we will win, just a matter of how far.
109 Game Score, making our 2 worst performances for the year, VS the Dockers.
Avg Game Score Vs the top teams, 122, Vs the bottom teams 146.
10 Passesngers, 11 the last time we played the dockers, and 12 Vs the Crows.
Top 5
Congrats Ed Richards!!1
Dale
Libba
Chugga
West (Claps)
Special mention to the Bont, 7th, missing 6 games, and 3 points from top 5.
And Freijah, 9th at 19.
Good, solid year for Tim.
Sadly when you’re best 4 performers on the season score 3’s and 4’s out of 10 in the most important game…well, you’re 100% screwed. Ed clearly injured the previous week and I’ll never understand why he returned to the field…not sure what the others can say…

cheers again to Rusty for this awesome thread.
How do you read that MJP, from a coach perspective, and Bevo, effectively dropping our talls in the fire?
Our top 4, all year, were well down, and they are not, and never were key defenders.
Of course, some talls that can win, or kill a few more high balls will be handy but......
