Whichever team he lands at I think his unique name will help him become a bit of a favourite.Western Bulldogs Football Club "Where it's cool to drool"Comment

Re: 2014 draft watch
This from the Hun for one of the players I'm hoping we land. It's interesting that Sam Landsberger mentions that the Bulldogs would be hoping he slides though to pick 26.
Vickers-Willis
There aslo a slight chance that his team mate Brayden Maynard could still be available around our selections.Western Bulldogs Football Club "Where it's cool to drool"Comment

I see Michael Ford is their coach. I hope they have his attack on the ball. This from the Hun for one of the players I'm hoping we land. It's interesting that Sam Landsberger mentions that the Bulldogs would be hoping he slides though to pick 26.

Re: 2014 draft watch
From those AFL.com articles above we are linked to:
Oscar McDonald
North Melbourne (pick 25) and the Western Bulldogs (26 and 27) are in the mix for the big and strong defender, while several clubs later in the second round are also keen.
Ed Vickers-Willis
Essendon and Carlton could take a look in the late teens, but he might get through to North Melbourne's pick No.25. Bulldogs ready to swoop if available at No.26 and No.27. Hawthorn, back at No.31, is interested too.
Daniel Mckenzie
Has been interviewed by every club, so has strong interest. Likely to fit in between pick No.20 and No.30, with North Melbourne, the Western Bulldogs and Collingwood a chance.
Connor Menadue
Essendon and Carlton are in the mix with their top-20 picks, and the Bulldogs might consider too.Comment

I'd love to get both McKenzie and Menadue and 1 of Vickers-Willis or McDonald - whoever is still available at 39Comment

Re: 2014 draft watch
All good players who would add something to our list. I'd add Lukas Webb as being in consideration for one of our early selections and if he slides down the order a bit maybe Brayden Maynard. From those AFL.com articles above we are linked to:

Both of these guys have been working with Tom Couch (Son of Paul) and have improved their fitness substantially this year.
There is an article on Fox where Webb's 3km running has improved by 30 seconds from the start of the year to the combine and his beep test improved from 13 - 3 to 14 - 8. Smart kids to get a good trainer this year to help improve their draft chances.
My original thoughts were to try and balance our selections with a mixture of KPP and midfielders but really we just need to upgrage on some of the younger guys who have departed.
I'm leaning towards Vickers-Willis, Webb or McKenzie for the early picks but I think there will be a lot of suitable players for us.Western Bulldogs Football Club "Where it's cool to drool"Comment
