    SEN new line-up / RSN / ABC

A number of changes made with Fancis 'Full of himself' Leach making another return to SEN.

    SEN’s 2016 weekday line-up

6am-9am: SEN Breakfast with Francis Leach and David “The Ox” Schwarz

9am-Midday: SEN Hungry for Sport with Kevin Bartlett

Midday-3pm: SEN Lunch Break with Andy Maher

3pm-7pm: SEN The Run Home with Mark Allen and Daniel Harford

7pm-Midnight: SEN Evenings with Mark Fine

Big move for the Ox as the commute from Geelong will be tough.
I don't doubt Francis Leach is a talent but he has made more comebacks than Johnny Farnham and at times his arrogance grates me.

Thats a better slot for Andy Maher. I stopped listening to the morning show due to him. Drove me nuts.

I like they have left KB and Mark Fine in their places. I always liked Fancis but he lost me in 2009/2010 when the Saints made the GF. Anyone who rang and made the slightest criticism of Ross Lyon got a gobful of abuse from Francis. He went from being a broadcaster who expressed interesting takes on topics to a shrill fanboi.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Francis Leach is terrific IMO - has a broad knowledge of all sports and calls things as he sees them without fear of favour. Only negative is that he is a Saints supporter but I'll gladly take that to hear someone talk about the Essendon drugs scandal (for example) without any compromise.

Gazey is out his depth for multi-sport discussion. Harford offers nothing whatsoever and I'm dumbfounded as to how he has such a decent media profile - afternoon with him and Mark Allen will be horrendously inept.

I only listen to SEN during the footy season, and even then it has been from 12 to 4 as I can't stand OX and Allen. Will be interesting with Maher. I only have the radio going on in the background when I am working in the office or in the car when I am off to a client's site, so don't listen intensely.

For years now the Autralian batting line up tactics have centred around picking five good batsman and one good bloke. Maybe SEN have decided to work on a five good broadcasters and a good bloke basis because Harford at least seems like a good bloke.

I haven't listened for yonks. Mainly a podcast of a decent show like Bartlett with Pat smith .
Allen is bloody awful, as is Harford who is sycophantic

                  I don't mind that line-up.

Again, I only listen during footy season. I liked Francis Leach and the Ox together doing drive, I was sorry when Francis left, will be good to get him back. The only dud slot looks like Mark Allen & Harf at 3pm, but that's when Raf Epstein starts on 774 so that works out nicely.

I'm fond of Gazey but a little goes a long way.

Good point about Rafi Epstein. I have liked him ever since he accidentally called a police Superintendent 'supernintendo" like Ralph Wiggum. I think 774ABC are changing their lineup too though. I remember hearing that Lindy Burns is doing breakfast.

Gazie is a Hawthorn supporter. His favourite player is, ummm, Lucas Hodge.

Each to their own. I hate Rafi and can't stand Lindy. I doubt very much that Red will give up breakfast.

Francis is married to Lyn Haultain , who was bloody awful on 774 many years ago. I don't mind Francis Leach, although as GVGjr said he is a bit arrogant.
