Rohan Connelly seems to be flavour of the month ATM. Straight swap for Robbo's spots I reckon.
I quite like him, he's got good music taste.
RoCo is alright - just needs to reign in his political commentary on the sports station. We don't give a fark about your views on anything except sport.
Not sure how he finds the time to work on SEN when he is seemingly on Twitter 24 hours a day.

I'm on his side of the political fence so his political rants are fine with me.
No, I agree with you, the right don't push their barrow on SEN (now that Rita Panihi isn't on air anymore) so we can do without RoCo's opinion.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
I don't listen, what side of the political spectrum is Rohan Connolly?
Rita is completely vile to me, she was painful to listen those nine years ago when I did listen to the network, she's even worse now judging from the snippets I hear across her media gigs.
Anyway, I would entertain listening to Gerrard in the mornings depending on whether I could stand the advertising frequency and quality. It will be interesting to see how the base responds to the change.
TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

He's a lefty hippy. Pretty much the polar opposite of the right wing fascist shtick that Panihi trolls people with.

Yeah that's what I was getting at. A sports station is not the forum for any political discussion, which is something RoCo occasionally forgets on air. By all means he can express his political beliefs to his heart's content on other platforms (which he does with gusto, if you follow him on Twitter )

This is something I wonder about. I have a friend who has a certain amount of celebrity and is pretty much a 24/7 Twitter junkie, shoot her a question and she will reply instantly. And that's a lot of questions and replys at all hours of the day and night. I asked her once if she hired someone to be her on the Internet and reply to her FB messages and Twitter and do whatever it is people do on Instagram (she has an assistant and is working her way up to an entourage) but she said no she liked to answer all that stuff herself. I dunno how she finds time to do anything else.

I think journalists like Connolly can churn out content fairly easily. Stay well informed, pay attention to detail and follow a formula.
RoCo's all right. Like others have mentioned he pushes the political agenda too much but he's a decent interviewer and doesn't talk over the top of them and he has a wide and varied sporting knowledge.
He does need to pull back on Twitter.

I actually like him, I guess what I'm saying is that professional journos of his ilk don't have huge issues with putting content together.
