Yep agree with all of that, except for the Connolly bit. He's always pushing a personal agenda, whether it be Essendon or politics, and I can firmly leave him. I'm a fan of Hudson and Whately in particular and would like to see them pair together on AFL360, but the unwashed masses would complain about it being a Poindexter program.

Who wants intelligent football conversation anyway? Whateley and Hudson are easily my 2 favourite callers of a game.

Had a listen to Gerard’s first two shows . So far so good .
The station went up about 4 gears with him on .
Had a bit of a listen to Bartlett and the doc , and gotta say Bartlett needs to be put to pasture .
He’s still rambling on about interchange , and he’s like the proverbial dog with a bone .
Probably the most stubborn individual on the planet .

I'm already over dr turf berating and interrupting KB every 5 seconds.
KB ignores it all , I have no Idea why they are together.

Yeah I fear for KB.

I don't think this is his timeslot, I think a move to midday would have been better. The constant interjections of DR Turf make it almost untenable for me! They don't work as a combo, maybe for a 1 hour segment, but not full time. It's basically grumpy old men.

I agree. I have never liked Dr Turf, just a smart arse and working in combo rarley works anyway.

On a positive Gerard has been great so far and I find myself to have him on in the mornings instead of John Faine.

I like Dr Turf and have done for 30 years since the Punter to Punter days on RRR but anymore than an hour of him is too long. I am a similiar age to him and have pretty much the same interests as him but 3 hours is too much.

Turned it on yesterday at 5ish and heard what was essentially a 20 minute ad for the VRC with the chairman (woman) of VRC. It was absolutely nauseating.

Turf and KB are woeful. Both shouldn't be on radio and so far outdated it's excruciating.

In all seriousness I think their summer lineup was better. For a couple of weeks it seemed like Rohan Connolly was on every time I tuned in but I don't mind him so it wasn't a problem.
