Just finished binging the first 2 seasons of Slow Horses.

          Very good.
The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride.

Finished True Detective S2, and I can see why people didn't like it as much as the first season. Some of the drama is over-dramatised/ surreal, and I can completely understand the parallels people draw between it and some of David Lynch's work. I really liked that side of it.

As comrade said earlier, the acting from Vaughn and Farrell was awesome and I also think McAdams was excellent.....and I liked Taylor Kitsch as Woodrugh whose story/ arc was interesting.

Started the Last of Us but only half way through the first episode.
            TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Watched The Bear through for a second time as my wife hadn’t watched it and enjoyed it even more on a repeat viewing. Such a tight show and the performances are A+.
Plus I totally missed the 3 minute Molly Ringwood cameo first time around

Last of Us has gotten off to a good start.

I’m going to make an early call, but acknowledge the low bar it is beating, best video game IP adaptation so far.

I signed up to Binge for this and house of Dragons and watched the first episode and then was disappointed there was only one episode for viewing I was used to being able to watch a whole season at my leisure. I'll have to wait a little while now until I can build up some viewing.

Watched Everything Everywhere All at Once last night. What an insane and completely bonkers movie that is hilarious at times but also heartfelt.

Scored 11 Oscar nominations which is a surprise to me as not the sort of movie I would expect to see in the running but I hope it does well.

Great to see Ke Huy Quan (Data from Goonies / Short round from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom) acting again.

So good to see major studios taking wild swings again. I saw Babylon last night and that too was absolutely insane.

I watched it last night too, after wanting to see it at the movies but not quite getting there (story of my life atm). Was truly a ride and a very enjoyable one at that. Great to see a movie go to the places it did, but with a sense of balance between the comedic elements and the "message". The more movies like this that are successful, the more chance we have that we'll get more of them.
