Just binge watched the first season of Billions. Well written, great acting, quite topical.
Highly recommend if you're into finance/business/politics.
The second season is good too. They've set series 3 up really well too.

I'm 3 or 4 in, and I'm hoping like hell Trump doesn't take inspiration from it. Like he did with Arrested Development and 'building the border wall'.

Watching Trump I'm reminded of Frank's Mother In Law's words about him and how "even the office of the President of the United States of America doesn't lend you any class"
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
For Kurt Sutter fans (The Shield, Sons of Anarchy) I've just been reading they've shot a pilot for Mayans MC with a view to having it run as a spin off from SoA with the same boss and Raymond Cruz as a full member (actor known for being Tuco Salamanca in B.B.).
Sutter also said he's playing with the idea of a mini-series about 'The First 9' forming SoA.

Loved the Shield. SOA tries a bit too hard for my liking.

Second season really rips, in a world where the USA and England have lost the war to the Third Reich and the Japanese Empire, and the USA is split up like east and west Germany
The BBC series of the Len Deighton book SS GB - Britain in late 1941 after it has lost the Battle of Britain...
A bit like that version of Richard III they made in the '90s with Ian McKellen set in nazi occupied England just after the war. The first scene involves a panzer being driven through a house and it gets meaner and nastier from there.
