Jimmy basically says this too, doesn't he?

Having raised two kids by myself I understand what a commitment it is to say "I will step and help parent these kids" especially when they ain't the best behaved kids in the world. I love kids and I consider raising them the most important job anyone can do but I don't know if I could take that responsibility on with someone else's kids.

I'm fine as long as I can give them back at the end of the day.

I read the book. It's funny but I took a different message away from it. I thought that Reg Barnes was a real hero.

That's very much the message Jimmy gave. He said 'Jim Swan was my father, but Reg Barnes was my dad'.

Not sure if she is in the doco but I went to school and hung out with one of his step sisters, still chat to her occasionally on Facebook, she is closer to John swan than jimmy.

At the moment I’m watching an English comedy series called “ plebs” find it hilarious, very clever, typical English comedy.

There was one in the movie - Lisa McLaren.

If you're a fan of British drama, just finished watching Bodyguard with Richard Madden (Rob Stark think red wedding from GOT) . Really enjoyed it highly recommend .

Just finished watching Castle Rock, the Stephen king world new tv show starring sissy spacek and the new penny wise....pretty cool. Great acting and a bit of a twist. Look fwd to season 2.

Spooks is just one of the great TV shows of all time. Everyone was great.



But I enjoyed her in Tipping the Velvet too...

Just finished Somewhere Between on Netflix.

Worth a watch - one of the better shows I've seen.
