He's saying if you sell him abroad(not if you don't sell him) it will affect the quality of the Prem League, which is true.

Sounds fair enough to me. Moyes(and Fergie) is the one who made Rooney want to leave, not Jose.

Pretty sure he sold Gallas to Arsenal for Cole.
Recall AC Milan just buying everyone and sitting them in the stands( keep them away from rival clubs)

The problem with RVP being sold is that they replaced him with Giroud. Nothing wrong with keeping the quality in the Prem, it's just if you sell quality you also need to buy quality. United aren't going to struggle to attract quality players.

Gallas wanted to be sold to Arsenal(for Cole) as he wanted to be played as a CB and not as a LB. Got pretty sour at the end with a lot of he said, he said.

They were very confident of getting Thiago before he joined Bayern. Cesc they were chasing for a long time too. They didnt seem to have this problem with Fergie.

Benzema's agent has said he won't be joining Arsenal.
