Yeah I'm still trying to figure out how people thought there was a grey area

Not sure why posters want to have a go at our club?

Prismall has been employed at the club since late 2012 and has done a great job. When the Latest ruling came through the club asked the AFL if he can still be employed in his current capacity. The AFL, in writing, gave the go ahead. Now that ASADA has stated their position, Prismall is no longer working in that capacity.

End of story, no big deal.

It's not that we want to, it's just we are baffled by a decision that to the majority of us is clearly a poor one.

It's disappointing that our club seems to be the next in a long line to push the boundaries when there are clearly stated rules that strongly indicate the course of action we have undertaken is not permitted.
I should leave it alone but you're not right

I did. And surely our club realises by now that there is a big difference between what the AFL thinks it knows and what it actually does. And with something like this surely it should be WADA or ASADA we seek advice from directly in conjunction with the AFL than through the AFL.

I'm fine with us changing it after the fact, but it shouldn't have come to that and may still have ramifications.

Exactly . Lot of angst over nothing to be honest .
The club got clarification and thought it was all above board.
Someone needs to explain how the banned players can take up special comments roles for the season .

Very succinctly put by Francis Leach.
There's a first time for everything then!
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Are the networks hoping to be provocative enough to garner ratings by using rubbed out players? They really need to have a good hard look at themselves!!

Of course we all know this is just another step in painting them as victims and washing the whole thing away as a mistake with no malice ever intended. I can imagine Slobbo and Wrongeyes Ralphy fawning over them and empathising with how tough it has been for them already.

Why AFL360 chose to go with Heppell and Lake on a Thursday night is baffling.

They're not involved in competition. Pretty simple I would have thought.

Did you really need it explained?

If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Are they allowed in the grounds? They are banned from contact anf training grounds and all that. Do the bans extend to attending games? I'd be surprised if they weren't banned from the stadium on matchday.
