By all accounts he is a rebounding HBFer who covers 60m with ease. He is exactly what we need.

Booming kick, but we won't get him, should keep North honest though.

Yep we wont, but it's good to know North's been spruiking this kid for years and the one year they are due to take him they slip down the ladder to get him nearer to fair value.

Dom Sheed perhaps. Kelly if he is still there?

I'm no expert on draftees but if the punters are correct, Scherenberg is fairly likely to go top 3.

From the little I have seen, I like Sheed too. But from memory MJP reckons mid teens is where he is at.

Shifter had him top 5 last weekend.

Sheed is very interesting as some reports i have read he is top 3 and other mid teens.....really dont know what he is like. Kelly i feel the same way as some have him at no 2 and others have him 5-10. Kelly was very close to being mini-drafted last year too along with Martin and Hogan

Same, Sheed confuses me. Very talented no doubts at all.

Kelly is the one I'm watching with intent. As you say he was spoken in the same breath as Martin and Hogan last year as an under-ager. Wouldn't be unhappy with him.

If the media and BigFooty draft watchers are to believed, Sheed is supposed to be capable inside and outside and although a bit one paced, a very hard worker with a good defensive game - well suited to the 'total footy' style espoused by Macca.

I've been listening to MJP for nearly 7 years on his insights, he's a very, very good judge who history shows to be reliable. This is him from another thread on the draft:

                      1. I like Kelly a lot-but think Aish and Scharenberg are clearly better.
                      2. Sheed at 3 is really, really high. It only takes one team I know, but he will be on the 2nd rung of mids with Crouch, Freeman and Dunstan...Taylor, Kelly and Aish will go first I think.

                      Time will tell though.

I haven 't seen a lot but Aish is my crush at this point from what I have. Neat & very smart footballer. Admittedly haven't seen Boyd. Probably no chance at either the way the Saints are travelling.

I'm pretty keen on him too and wouldn't be upset if we ended up with him at pick 4.
Have you heard Butters wants to come to the Dogs?

For those that haven't seen or heard much of Mr Scharenberg, here's a one on one.

Billings, Schazza, Sheed, Aish. Be happy with all. Think Kelly may be a bit under-developed physically currently, but he's an undoubted talent.

FWIW Lewis Taylor will be a real asset to whoever gets him. Watched the Championship games a bit closer again and he's got bordeline elite foot skills on both sides.

Jake or Kade Kolodjashnij any thoughts? My first thought is how the hell do you pronounce it!
