Re: SEN new line-up / RSN / ABC
It is compared to Tarneit and Officer
I was being a little facetious. Whately was incredibly smug and boorish (the default setting for ABC employees) when he started on SEN but has toned this down and respected the fact that his audience is not what it was with his former employer.
His former instincts have clearly gotten the better of him this week. Talk about humourless and lacking in self-deprecationLast edited by Sedat; 14-07-2023, 09:31 PM."Look at me mate. Look at me. I'm flyin'"Comment

Lol. Ashburton has a median house price of nearly 2 million and it's absolutely surrounded by money. I coach in Brunswick and we play Ashburton in the YJFL and the parents are a different breed over there. Range Rovers and bleached blonde hair everywhere.
It goes alright. But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.Comment

Re: SEN new line-up / RSN / ABC
Okay time to get a few things off my chest.
A few years back after having a whinge about SEN breakfast team Aza suggested RSN might be an option and after a slow start it won me over and I've been a regular listener for a long while. Thanks Aza.
The combination of Daniel Harford and Adam White and various guests each day was an excellent format. It was called the breakfast club and it really was a club.
Whitey announced that he was leaving the show today and it was a very emotional show with plenty of former presenters phoning in.
I'll really miss him and thats why I have a new avatar for a few days.
I still can't stand that Garry and Tim are still doing the breakfast show. Tim does 3 days a week, Garry 4 but they went on leave around the middle of October and came back for one show today (because of sponsors I suspect) and then announced they were going on leave and would be back in Feb. *!*!*!*!ing part timers at best.
The rest of SEN is pretty good. Whately in the mornings, Dwayne in the afternoon, the two Andrews in the late afternoon doesn't work and we now have Healy and Cornes at 5.30 which has been excellent.
I really think Garry and Tim should nick off if they only want to work 7 or 8 months of the year.
There you go, I feel better.
No more Breakfast with Harf and other programs.
The Breakfast Club wasn't the same without Adam White but was still worthwhile listening in during footy season.More of an In Bruges guy?👍 2Comment
