Haha I do have a photo of a cousin getting some sort of medal off King Charles . She runs the Birmingham ballet.
My grandmother was extremely posh and all my uncles were professors.
My mum married a Portsmouth lad which I don’t think went down well, he was in the royal engineers , mum had 3 sons and thought the only way to get him out of the army was as to come to Australia as ten pound poms so we did.
I do have two cousins who are single but each own a home in London and Cornwall.
I haven’t been back since 1979 .
Marriage, kids, divorce etc hasn’t helped.

Have started watching Masters of the Air on Apple TV. A companion to Band of Brothers and The Pacific (Spielberg and Hanks) it follows American B-17 bomber crews flying missions out of England in WWII. Nothing will ever match BOB but it's been enjoyable enough so far (but I do love anything WWII).

Whilst I've got Apple have been working through the final Ted Lasso series and am up to season 2 of Slow Horses thanks to the recommendations on here.

Have also been watching the new Ted series on Foxtel which is just some stupid Seth MacFarlane humour.

Started watching "Trigger Point". Must have missed it as there are two series.

It is from the makers of Line of Duty and also starring Vicky McClure.

I enjoyed the first couple of eps of Masters of Air. Familiar tropes, but very watchable.
Make sure you stick through S3 of Slow Horses, that season is the best of the 3 so far.

What does he know? It's my favorite show of recent memory. Fishes and Forks are 2 brilliant episodes of TV in the context of the series.

It's also a known fact that you should never watch a show of the industry you work in. Impossible to enjoy when you're too busy picking what they got wrong.

I have started watching Donald Glover new show Mr & Mrs Smith.

First episode was good. It’s definitely going to be a show that builds.

One of the directors/producers is Hiro Murai and his name rang a bell.

Seems he is involved in all the cool shit… Atlanta, The Bear, Barry, music clips…

Some people are just too damn talented.

We finished watching all 4 seasons of Barry a few days ago. Black comedy drama. Took a few episodes for us to feel comfortable but it was worry persevering with. No Ho Hank a fave character. Actor who plays Hank has alopicia so typecast in bad guy roles but this is a seriously likeable, funny bad guy role. Bill Hader who plays Barry is a talented guy; created series, co-wrote episodes and directed all of final season 4.
