Re: 2021 Trade Period Talk
Sydney didn't really have any choice. PSD was too high a risk to lose him for nothing. Port will probably want that pick for Ladhams even though Ladhams really not worth that. Port have nothing to give back this year with #63 their next best pick and they've already traded next year's 3rd rounder out. Possibly it could involve Port's 2022 Rd 2 pick and the Dawson pick.Comment

Re: 2021 Trade Period Talk
Great and cheap pickup for the Crows - the Swans would have every right to be a bitter, after having got Dawson to almost all-australian level - he easily could have been selected.
On the other hand, I cant get over the Cats demanding a similar pick for a player they barely played for three years (Jordan Clark), and clearly don't believe in.Comment

Yep, it's crazy. Clark should be closer to Lipinski levels of value than Dawson.Comment

Cal Twomey:
Just like their interest in Chad Wingard, Greater Western Sydney has explored interest in Luke Breust over the last day. Would similarly have been willing to use pick 13 in a deal, but like Wingard, Breust has been reluctant to move from Hawks.Comment

Re: 2021 Trade Period Talk
Oh well. Guess we wouldn’t have the draft pick required, even if Hawthorn paid 50% of their wage.I will never see #16 the same!!Comment

Re: 2021 Trade Period Talk
There are players worth pursuing (Bruest/Gunston), but Im not sure we have the assets or want to sacrifice 2022 draft assets to get themComment
