Power alluded to only taking 2-4 draft picks.

I expect we'll flip some picks (i.e. via trading some of our own fringe depth away) and future picks.

I'm not a fan of it. Have said for a while I want to cut deep into this list.

Old mate Cal Twoomey suggesting we are interested in James Jordan from Melbourne as a free agent.

Sweet requests trade to Port Adelaide

The Western Bulldogs can confirm Jordon Sweet has requested a trade to Port Adelaide in the upcoming AFL Trade Period.

The 25-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season after playing 11 games at the Kennel.

The Club was keen to retain Jordon having had a contract on the table for majority of the year, however the ruckman has a desire to return to his home state.

The Club will now work with Port Adelaide to facilitate a suitable trade.

Does this mean Grundy is off to syd ? Why would sweet choose port is lycett and Grundy are there ?
