You do surprise me. I would have thought the USA turning into a Nazi dictatorship and WWII turning out differently would have been all beer and skittles. They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.Comment

Re: What are you watching at the moment
I went to the cinema this morning, the first time since Covid-19 and watched The Grizzlies.
It's a sports themed drama based on a true story about a teacher assigned to a remote Canadian community with an enormous problem of drugs, violence and suicide with the youth.
Perhaps not for everyone but a compelling story.Western Bulldogs Football Club "Where it's cool to drool"Comment

Re: What are you watching at the moment
A bit late to the party, but really enjoyed the first 3 seasons of Schitt’s Creek. Awesome.
Also, getting into more international horror movies/tv
I really rated Spanish horror series “30 Coins”, and Korean “Sweet Home”.
Finally got around to watching “ILS” (them) the French horror movie (2006) similar to The Strangers. Pretty cool, but I was hoping would be scarier.
Now I’m checking out the German series “Dark”. Liking so far.I will never see #16 the same!!Comment

It was just amazing. They are all so clever. Yes. Ryan is an excellent host. I love how he gets all emotional. I still think his MCG build was the most spectacular Lego build I have seen.I bleed Red,White & Blue Comment

Re: What are you watching at the moment
I started Seinfeld again for some light comedy at the end of the day in lieu of work being a complete shit show for the last nine months.
Thinking about at which point I'll pull the pin though because the show deteriorates a lot in its final years......TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.Comment

Jeez it's bleak though.
Whilst I still enjoyed the last of Seinfeld, I decide Malcolm was just more consistent across the board. Plus, I have jerk brothers and was also a jerk brother myself, so it's speaks to me."It's over. It's all over."Comment

Re: What are you watching at the moment
I was discussing last night with the boss whether this was the greatest sitcom ever made or if it was Malcolm in the Middle (subjective of course - objectivity is boring a wise man once said).
Whilst I still enjoyed the last of Seinfeld, I decide Malcolm was just more consistent across the board. Plus, I have jerk brothers and was also a jerk brother myself, so it's speaks to me.
MITM was probably more relatable at the time it was out given I was also a jerk brother, and I think with Seinfeld I've a greater appreciation for the context now I'm older even though it's dated and most of the issues on the show could be solved with smart phones today.
Seinfeld out of the two easily for me.TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.Comment
