They don't need an injunction. If the current process goes through and it is found that the CAS rulings were not binding, the players would theoretically be free to play (pending any further appeals) immediately upon the decision.
Not ideal, but if we get to June/July and a fit (not match fit admittedly, but a couple of Footscray games would help), fresh Crameri is suddenly available it could be a godsend.
Like everyone, I wish the whole thing would be over already, just looking at interesting possible outcomes. This is one that could potentially provide some benefit to us.
