I actually think we could get some service from another backman - Josh Walker.
OOC, no world beater but plays his role. Big boy (110kgs) so could play on the monsters and let Keath do a little more intercepting.

Josh Bruce will have a field day in the intraclub.

If we won’t play him, it’s not a very fulfilling job. If another employer will play him he’d be crazy not to change employers. We haven’t got him signed for next year either. I’d be shocked if he was all but signed elsewhere. Which sucks.

We've treated him extremely poorly relative to players who play a similar position or are relatively inexperienced.

I'd be pissed if we lose him given the gap we have in the positions he can play... hopefully he can cement a spot in the team over the coming weeks and he can then see a future in our colours, but like you no surprise if he departs.

I’ve got a serious case of the Hamlings. We played him too late, he played well and by then he’d committed to Freo. Then is a dead set gun in a position we desperately need. The standards on him relative to say Hannan (as an example) is maddening.

It’s a frustrating situation, but hopefully one we can work through… Bevo was complimentary in his presser so hopefully that leads to more confidence from all parties involved.

They're probably not that different which is why one's been in the team and the other hasn't.

Whether we think they're the right standards is neither here nor there, but I don't think it's as subjective as it's made out to be.
                          TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Possibly as little as 90 days to delistings and the trade period opens. So time is running down for a long list - 17 players - of unsigned players:

                            Ed Richards
                            Cody Weightman
                            Riley Garcia
                            Lewis Young
                            Taylor Duryea
                            Pat Lipinski
                            Zaine Cordy
                            Anthony Scott
                            Louis Butler
                            Mitch Wallis
                            Lin Jong
                            Stefan Martin
                            Buku Khamis (Rookie)
                            Will Hayes (Rookie)
                            Ben Cavarra (Rookie)
                            Roarke Smith (Rookie)
                            Jordan Sweet (Rookie)

So what do you think happens between now and 90 days?
