Some of the stuff I saw is mega cringe. Pointing to the mark etc.
It's hard for me to comment on some of this stuff tbh.
He carries on a bit and there is a fair bit of the 'Lance Show' going on. He will do undisciplined stuff - he got reported 3x in one game for separate striking incidents against the SAME OPPO PLAYER...he elbows blokes in the head of the ball, screams at the crowd, points at his chest, waves his arms around like a lunatic, argues with his team-mates whilst the game is going on...and stands on blokes heads and kicks goals.
When you watch him at his best you watch him and say to yourself "Man - I want one of them"...he does stuff no-one else can.
That doesn't always translate and I have no idea how much off-field stuff Subi are having to keep a lid on to make sure he gets drafted but the talent is there.
Interested in the opinions of folks who know abit more than I do on the following:
Charlie Edwards - reads like a versatile player who could play anywhere and has some strength and pace out the contest?
Ashton Moir - sounds like a Flyer based on his form not being exceptional this year, but players who can kick the ball should be in our calculations. Has athletic traits too?

With a low number of picks expected to be used at this year's national draft, this is likely to account for more than half of the draft pool.
As always, this ranking does not take into account where bids will come on Academy or father-son prospects and is a pure ranking of the best talents.
With the season about to be wrapped up for draftees, the Phantom Form Guide will be updated again in October after the Draft Combine and again in November before names are called.
Don't piss off old people
The older we get the less "LIFE IN PRISON" is a deterrent...
Watson at Pick 5
Croft at Pick 11
No Lual in his top 30 (we need him 40+)

Moir might be the most talented kid outside the top 2 in the draft this year - but floats by on natural talent alone.
I think unless he has a massive attitude readjustment he gets found out in the AFL system. Just on the games I've seen I'd rather a flawed, competitive beast than Jordan McMahon mk 2 with less than half of the care factor.

Wilson/Windsor in the early teens is an interesting story. I wonder who goes first on draft night.
McAuliffe, Sanchez & Lual outside of the top 30 might tempt us to trade back in on draft night.

There's a few risers and a few sliders this month.
I'd hope we're having some stern conversations about Sanders landing at North as compensation. He'd be a strong option if we do end up with with Gold Coast's early pick.

Can someone explain to me what the deal is with Sanders potentially being tied to North? If it's NGA why would it matter, he's not getting outside the top 10, let alone the top 40.

My understanding is that they want the top-40 restriction waived as part of their assistance package. He is Indigenous but was only added to their NGA program this year.

I wonder how keen we are to get Lual and if so would we really be keen to use a future pick to come back in around the early 30's or not?
The good part is the Croft bid will be done and dusted before that so it really comes down to how committed we are and who might be willing to help facilitate it.

Firstly that isn't what the NGA is for and secondly surely the AFL can't just go and change the rules whenever they feel like it (I mean I know they can but they shouldn't).
North have had enough free kicks and will likely receive another with the McKay compensation, stop further compromising the draft.
