He would be right in the mix. We would have a few players ahead of him like Wright but it would be no surprise if we selected him
He seems to have all the characteristics that macca loves and just looks to be a serious player in the making. I like Wright due to his indurance and kicking ability just wish he was a little more aggressive. Laverde would be my 3rd choice at this stage.

I like what I have seen of Wright, and on the assumption McCartin as the other highly rated key forward is gone, Wright should probably be top of our list.
It's a shame Lever couldn't quite get back on the park at the end of the year.
Callum Twomey has updated his top 25 draft rankings
1. Petracca
2. McCartin
3. Heeney
4. Brayshaw
5. Wright
6. Moore
7. Pickett
8. Laverde
9. Lever
10. Weller
24. Cordy
Taking out Heeney and Moore who are obviously already taken, on a best available basis we would be looking at Laverde or Lever at pick 6 (in his opinion of course). He feels we got a bargain in Cordy.
The Bulldogs' father-son pick-up has risen steadily across the year and is a promising tall defender. A hamstring strain kept him from testing last week, but his capabilities have been on show for much of the year. As a tall and agile backman he closes down space quickly, sneaking arms into contests that look out of reach. Cordy joined brother Ayce at the Dogs via Monday's bidding meeting as a fourth-round pick – a bargain for the Dogs.

We are going for best available, so may end up with Pickett.

Going back to August last year Goddard was no.1 now he is not in the top 10. Lever was no.2. I have read a lot of good reports on the type of player and person Lever is. I wonder if he is in the Club's sites at pick 6?
