Dark is the only TV shows that made me understand what Peter Griffin meant when he said it "insists upon itself".

Hard to argue, but the sun even shines on a dog's arse some days.

Dark to me was a great representation of what's wrong with streaming services. They wrote one great season and if that gets traction they try to capitalise on it and sacrifice plot for speed.

I actually didn't mind Dark, I just don't think it hit as high as it could've.

If you wanna watch a great show that knew one season was enough: Katla.

As for Dark, I think what may have cooked them if anything was not ****ing up S2 and actually hitting it out of the park! It was almost impossible to follow up, and I think they did their best to try and tie so many layers together. Did I love S3? No, but it hard extremely high standards to live up to.

Bill Hader has been doing commentary on each episode on The Prestige TV Podcast. It gives some great insight into the paths they chose and what was left out.
I didn't love episode 5 but it certainly turned the series on it's head. I honestly wasn't sure if it was real until Cousineau turned up.

It’s a great listen but poor Bill always sounds completely exhausted during the episodes for whatever reason.

i think that's just how he sounds a lot of the time, although he did say that after directing the whole series, by episode 8 or 9 he was completely exhausted. He is an absolute film geek. Reckon a lot of his future will be in directing.

Yeah, it's gotten a bit darker than I thought it was going to get.

I've enjoyed how Barry has morphed. Initially it seemed like a Black Comedy..but it's really transformed into something quite darker and serious. I look forward to watching Season 4 in a few weeks time, when I've the time.
