I wouldn't offer him 9 years. All EW cares about is his brand.

He'd want to submit for a medical for that kinda deal.
And, based on his posting history, there's a good chance he's had one or two brain reco's. Buyer beware. One year contracts only.

It all started when he would just type ssew instead of using the Flanders meme.

And referring to himself in the 3rd person was also an indicator

I think we wait around and see if he gets any nibbles on the tradewire...
I hear the Murrabit footy forum is seeking to improve their roster, their resident sh1t poster had an offseason aneurysm on their end of season trip to Swan Hill.

Stephens might be the most outside player on an AFL list. He'd just about have to wear his ground pass during games.
I'm really, really glad we're not linked to him.

I think we all have soft spot for Buku, I just don't think he has made the right decision.

Nope. Not me. Not an AFL player.

Has a unique skillset and one that could potentially create match-up problems...but he is a tall forward who is not a key forward...he can't help in the ruck, he is not strong enough in the contest to cause trouble to the best defenders...

Sorry. Not an AFL player. And he's had long enough to prove it. I just can't see the point of either the club offering him a contract or of him signing it.
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

I agree with you I want him to succeed but for me without the ball his doesn't have it. I just don't think he has any chance of making it now with the dogs.

It really speaks to a club that seems short on ideas and ambition and willingly condemns itself to more of the what we've seen quite enough of thank you.

I don't think it's any coincidence that our inability to effectively develop capable, AFL-standard players and the resultant lack of pressure on the senior team has delivered a group of players who feel comfortable, and play like it.

Does another year of Buku playing a couple of games as random injury relief do much to alter that dynamic?

100% agree. He can't defend either when playing down back. He has no touch on players when defending and sides would go through his player when he was playing in defence. He doesn't have the football "smarts" to make it at AFL level.
