Still being reported as the frontrunner for 4 including giving up the F1. Really worried that we're not hearing about more coming back. Maybe this is meant to give us the draft points needed for Croft? Future first for the equivalent of pick 12 in later picks? Does that work with the GC point calculations?

And you think I'm foolish thinking we'll pay overs for Coffield when this is what we're doing.

Same, happy for him to stay. Maybe no one else interested? It's a better option to be on a list than not.

            I never said that.

We'll have to wait to see the full deal on this one because it's not uncommon for the big headline pieces to be mentioned without the other parts of the deal that make it whole. I don't like that more isn't being mentioned but there's no point getting too caught up in a supposed deal that hasn't happened.

Sounds like 1. Surprised he wouldn't try a switch to Collingwood or North https://twitter.com/JoshGabelich/sta...live-fri-oct-6

                  So it is Pick 10 + Pick 17 + F1?

That is what you would pay for a very good proven player.

                  Madness.

So Buku gets a one year contract. There could not have been to much interest if he is willing to commit for a single year.

No way you knock back more years anywhere else, for 1 at the joint that won't play you.

I'm surprised either he or the Dogs didn't just walk. It's not worked out.

Talk about trading the cow for some magic beans. I hate to say it but this feels like nervous decision makers willing to sell the farm in the hope of instant success that saves their own skin.

How high do we need to finish for that deal to not look ludicrous? If we finish 8th next year and it's 10, 17 and 11 for pick 4 still feels like a big price to pay. If we finish bottom 4 and have swapped picks 10, 17 and 4 for pick 4, we're an absolute laughing stock.

I still don't believe that it'll happen just because it looks like such a poor decision on our end, but these reports are making me nervous.

Haha I have already heard the second one being mentioned if the bombers get McKay, Goldstein and Gresham . Seriously piss funny that the media are putting it out there again.

I don't see any way that the deal doesn't include more coming back our way. Player or picks. 10 + 17 for pick 4 I get. There's more to the F1 than just sending it as part of the pick 4 deal.
