Re: Coronavirus Info & Helpful Direction
Due to our “low numbers” wasn’t Australia due to be a case study on how Pfizer could successfully role out a program and vaccinate an entire nation? The decision makers baulked at that option (reported due to cost) and decided to put all their eggs in the AZ basket.

Re: Coronavirus Info & Helpful Direction
UK probably a decent crystal ball.
67 percent fully vaxxed. (leaves around 20 mill).
50k cases per day around 50 deaths. Pretty much open and without restrictions. (still some).
That might be the future.BT COME BACK!

Re: Coronavirus Info & Helpful Direction
Some advice. I recently got the AZ first jab. It was right in the middle of the recent sudden uptake, I went via the official government site and of course phone calls just rang and rang and rang, or I got an automated message blah blah etc. So I scoured the waiting times for all the various local vaccination points, saw how short the waiting time was for what happened to be my closest option, and I walked into the West melbourne co health centre. I was the only person in the queue. Got the jab, no side effects. So keep west Melbourne cohealth in mind.
Also. I recently had a very close shave with a TIER 1 exposure site. I must have been 15 minutes to half an hour outside of the tier one exposure timeframe. I had scanned in via the official app and didn't get any alert from them which put me into tier 2 ( I was told that by the staff at the local covid testing clinic). MASSIVE difference. If you are tier 1. It is compulsory 14 days isolation, even if you test negative. So my advice is keep all your receipts which will give you an exact time of purchase, so you can be confident of knowing exactly when you arrived AND LEFT. Scan in as well. And really limit your movements. The more places you go to, the more you expose yourself to possible transmission. I felt compelled to be tested because being that close to a tier one situation made me fell very worried about being a non symptomatic carrier and passing it on to my 78 year old mother in law who lives next door.
Also. Bont is a GOD!!!Comment

Re: Coronavirus Info & Helpful Direction
I read this morning that in the US there are pop up vaccination clinics at events like the baseball, with giveaways if you sign up. In France they have ads where they show each vaccine administered turning on a light, or a restaurant opening its shutters, or a theatre reopening. They paint a positive picture of a new future that could be opened up by vaccination, and that’s the area where we are so sadly lacking.www.bulldogtragician.com A blog about being a lifelong fan of the Dogs and our quixotic attempt to replicate 1954.
