Re: Recent Gigs & Upcoming ones
At 63, this may be his final visit to Aus with the band so I am really looking forward to Tuesday night at Rod Laver.
April 1986 at the Showgrounds was the finest concert I had ever been to (until equalled by the Foo Fighters at AAMI Park in December 2011). Bruce is legendary for his performances and feeds off the crowd reactions so hopefully everyone is up and about on Tuesday.Comment

Re: Recent Gigs & Upcoming ones
Guys I'm a little embarrassed to be heading to this over some of the clearly dedicated Bruce fans who have posted in this thread.
I hope you all find tickets, somehow and somewhere if you're still looking for them!
I just hope he plays Sex on Fire and Everlong so I can rock it outTF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.Comment

Well, easy come easy go.
Senior management have stepped in, apparently due to a mix-up I was offered the tickets when I shouldn't have been.
What can you say to that?TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.Comment

Husker Du? Now you're talking! Now that's one reunion i'd love to see. I saw Bob Mould at the POW in the mid '90's doing a solo show which was pretty good.Comment

Re: Recent Gigs & Upcoming ones
Last weekend I went to the Caravan Club in Oakleigh to see the third 'Stopping all stations, including East Richmond' gig. MC'd by Johnny Von Goes, it's a night of songs that have been written about Melbourne suburbs. About 20 musicians took to the stage including Billy Miller, Greg Champion and Greg Macainish and Bongo Starkie from Skyhooks. Great night and good to see the western suburbs represented with iconic songs about Footscray, Spotswood and Sunshine!Comment

While I agree that middle management, middle middle management, lower middle management and upper middle management can be a pain in the arse to deal with, I can't actually point the finger at any of them for this..........TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.Comment

Re: Recent Gigs & Upcoming ones
Pretty sure the chances of getting Mould and Grant Hart on a stage together for a tour are 2/5 of *!*!*!*! all. Not a lot of love lost there. Plus the bass player (yeah I know his name but he'll forerver be known as the bass player with the moustache) is now a chef I believe.Park that car

This unfourtunately. I wouldnt want to be holding my breath waiting for a reunion. If it did happen maybe Cosmic Psychos (with Bill and Dirty) could be the support band. They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.Comment
