      Haha - literal petrification.

Apparently the Demons are into him also. Mates with Sniper Pickett.

Strange, I thought he was an ok player

St Kilda’s Dougal Howard is reportedly on the trade table this off-season.

The 27-year-old is contracted at Moorabbin until the end of the 2024 campaign but AFL.com.au’s Cal Twomey is certain he’s available in trade talks.

Another player that moves clubs gets the sugar hit required for the first season then disappears. Id love to see analysis on this I reckon it happens often.

Is Dougal better than Keath and Gardner?

I just like the name Dougal.

Wasn’t that the name of the dog character in the magic roundabout?

Onya Doggy Dougal. I’m in, let’s get him to the ‘Scray.

Dougal is a budget Ryan Gardner tbh. Extremely similar type of player, except Gardner has gone past him (and neither would be best 22 next year. God forbid you ever played both at once). It’s a pity because his name makes him a great fit

Hard pass then. The surname Howard makes that a tad easier.

I think we were interested in Howard when he was moving from Port but he quickly selected the Saints as the club he wanted to play for. I think the Saints offer was superior as well. In the end he was traded to StKilda along with Paddy Ryder.

He is probably better than both Gardner and Keath.

No thanks to Dougal. Sick of picking up fringe players.

Dougal is better than Gardner and Keith but that’s not saying much.
