Buku has interest from Bombers and Hawks, Bombers really into him
Croz being shopped around, no one interested (Still) will most likely be a retirement/delisting
    Bruce retirement
Scott +2 years (will be announced soon)
ToB +1 year (will be announced soon)
Poulter +2 years (will be announced soon)
O'Donnel +2 years (will be announced soon)
Williams was close to contract extension - but it's stalled - waiting to see new CBA I'm told
Hawks have interested in McLean but haven't heard much else
Some murmurings that we might offer Duryea +1 year if we don't find another small lockdown during the off season (what we did with Stefan Martin)
Heard nothing surrounding Raak, Bedendo, Hannan, R Smith, McComb, McNeil, id suspect at least 3 delistings outta this group.
    Thanks for the update.

Re: the bolded bit I'm really interested in which clubs would take him (Sweet) on as their number 1 ruck. From where I sit I would think only Sydney, Geelong & Port would be in the market for this role... interested to see how it unfolds for him.

Is it guaranteed he'd be the number 1 ruck? There are probably clubs willing to play 2 genuine rucks even if there has to be one on ground stinking it up in the forward line.

West Coast? They were the most interested last time. The lesser Bailey Williams is about all they've got

Duryea has had talks with the club about staying on for another season and is planning for a move into being a development coach with us after his playing career is over.

With the guys signing on and possibly signing on, unless a few more are going, we might need to restructure the main list to incorporate two of the rookie list spots to keep open enough spots with the Croft strategy/pick needs. There’s not s huge amount of outgoing action, and Scott takes a main list spot. Interesting to see if that’s what we do to avoid cutting deep.

Just an idea but would Tom Cole be of any interest to us? I don't watch much West Coast so my reading might be completely wrong but lockdown medium defender who is 26 and was good enough to play in a Premiership side?

West Coast are doing weird things so they might go for it.

Never heard of him but I had never heard of Dureya and he was a good pickup so this Cole guy must be pretty good

Solid logic. Let's also recruit Tom Smithington.

They apparently made him an offer two years ago too.

Pick 1 too much? Not enough?

Good place to trade too if they aren’t going to use their fourth rounder. Simply swap fourths. Get 100 to 150 draft points to put towards Croft. Good result.

                          Fox sports:

CLUBS WATCHING LOHMANN AS CONTRACT TALKS DRAG ON

Rival clubs continue to monitor Lions youngster Kai Lohmann, who remains uncontracted beyond 2023.

Foxfooty.com.au understands Victorian sides including Hawthorn are keeping tabs on the 20-year old, while his management remain in ongoing talks with Brisbane.

The Western Bulldogs are also believed to be keen on Lohmann given they targeted him last year during the Josh Dunkley deal.

But with Brisbane?s reluctance to include him in the Dunkley trade, it suggests the 20-year old could be tough to pry away from the Lions.

Drafted out of the Greater Western Victoria Rebels with Pick 20 in the 2021 draft, the 185cm forward is the last first-round pick from the crop still to pen a contract extension beyond the initial two-year deal.

Lohmann has struggled for opportunities in Brisbane?s stacked forward line in 2023, playing five games all in the second half of the season ? including either starting as the sub or being subbed off in three of them.

Brisbane recruiting manager Steve Conole spoke on AFL Media?s Gettable last month of the club?s desire to retain the youngster.

?That?ll sort itself out, I think,? Conole said of contract talks.

?Hopefully it works out, we?re certainly keen to keep him, he?s a player that has a long-term future for us, so hopefully that (his contract deadlock) works out.

?I?m sure his management and the club (are) discussing it, we?ll see where that ends up, but I?m confident he?ll stay.?

I’m trying. I think a F2 gets the job done. They need the points next year (Ashcroft II) and he’s uncontracted this year now.
